Why there are images here now
Until 5 August 2026 this network showed not one piece of image work. Not because none exists, but because no documented clearance did. What changed — and what stays shut.

Image rights are where well-meant archives regularly go over. A cover is quickly embedded, the question of clearance is put off until later, and later never comes. That is why the default here was inverted from the start: without a documented clearance, nothing is displayed.
It was visibly awkward. The digital art page consisted of an explanation of why it was empty, and no placeholders were set that would have suggested works which do not exist in that form.

One cover is still missing, and not for rights reasons: no image is held for CHATTERBOX on the platform account. The title is in the national library’s catalogue but carries no cover there — so the place stays empty. That too is a statement: it says nothing was found in that place, not that nothing exists.
The covers themselves come from the artist’s account; every file is recorded with its source URL and a checksum, so it stays traceable later which version was embedded here. They can be seen with the releases.
